Current Opportunities
Home Manager (HM): works under the direct supervision of the Community Support Coordinator. The primary responsibility of the Home Manager is to supervise and implement the teaching of skills and behaviors to maximize independence in activities of daily living for the person served who has intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or other special needs. Also, to ensure the health and safety of the persons served.
Direct Support Professionals (DSP): works under the direct supervision of the Home Manager. The primary responsibility of the Direct Support Professional is to teach skills and behaviors to maximize independence in activities of daily living for the supported individual who has intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or other special needs. Also, to ensure the health and safety of the persons served.
